Simply visit MyMove and click on the Forgotten Password link on the dropdown. You can then request a link to reset your password.
If you’re still having issues logging in then you can click on Still having trouble logging in and you can complete the form, detailing the issue and one of the team will come back to you within 5 working days.
You do need to use the email address you used to register with Your Move
There is a website based app, which means it can only be installed through your account. You won’t find it in the App Store or Google Play. When you login to your MyMove account and follow the steps to complete your account, one of those steps is “Install app”. Then follow your device prompts.

If your device uses FaceID, this can be enabled once the app is installed.
Yes, the MyMove app is free to install and use.
It does not appear in the app store or Google Play because it is a website based app, not a traditional app. After you have logged into your account on your phone and installed the app through your account area, the MyMove app appears on your device home screen and behaves like any other app.
